2FA code not working
- Ensure your phone's time is correct
- Try the next code (they refresh every 30 seconds)
- Use a backup code if needed
Page not loading
Blank page or error
- Refresh the page (Ctrl/Cmd + R)
- Clear your browser cache
- Try a different browser
- Check your internet connection
Slow performance
- Close other tabs
- Disable browser extensions temporarily
- Try the mobile app instead
Jobs not showing
Search returns no results
- Broaden your search terms
- Remove some filters
- Check for spelling errors
Job disappeared
- It may have been filled
- The employer may have paused hiring
- Try finding it via the company page
Referral problems
Link not working
- Check the link is complete (no cut-off)
- Try generating a new link
- Contact support if it persists
Referral not showing
- Give it a few minutes to sync
- Check you're logged into the right account
- The candidate may not have completed their application
