Changing your email or password

Keep your account secure by updating your credentials when needed.

Changing your email

1. Go to Settings > Account
2. Click Change Email
3. Enter your new email address
4. Enter your current password to confirm
5. Verify the new email via the link we send

Important notes:

• You'll be logged out of other devices
• All notifications will go to the new email
• Your referral links stay the same

Changing your password

1. Go to Settings > Account
2. Click Change Password
3. Enter your current password
4. Enter and confirm your new password
5. Save changes

Password requirements:

• At least 8 characters
• Mix of letters and numbers
• At least one special character recommended

Forgot your password?

1. Click Forgot Password on the login page
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your email for a reset link
4. Click the link and create a new password

Security tips

• Use a unique password for Know Someone
• Consider using a password manager
• Change your password if you suspect any issues
• Never share your password with anyone
