Keeping your account secure

Your security is our priority. Here's how to keep your account safe.

Strong password practices

Create a password that is:

• Long - At least 12 characters is ideal
• Unique - Don't reuse passwords from other sites
• Complex - Mix letters, numbers, and symbols
• Private - Never share it with anyone

Enable two-factor authentication

Add an extra layer of security:

1. Go to Settings > Security
2. Click Enable 2FA
3. Choose your method (app or SMS)
4. Follow the setup instructions

With 2FA, you'll need both your password and a code to log in.

Recognise phishing attempts

Be wary of:

• Emails asking for your password
• Links to fake login pages
• Urgent requests for personal information
• Messages with spelling/grammar errors

Know Someone will never ask for your password via email.

Secure your devices

• Keep your operating system updated
• Use antivirus software
• Lock your devices when not in use
• Be careful on public WiFi

Monitor your account

Regularly check:

• Login history in settings
• Unfamiliar activity or referrals
• Unexpected password reset emails

Report anything suspicious to support immediately.
