Reporting suspicious activity

If you notice anything unusual, report it immediately. Here's what to look for and how to respond.

Signs of suspicious activity

On your account:

• Logins you don't recognise
• Referrals you didn't make
• Changed settings or password
• Missing rewards or balance

Suspicious messages:

• Requests for your password
• Offers that seem too good to be true
• Links to unfamiliar websites
• Pressure to act immediately

Fake job listings:

• Unrealistic reward amounts
• Vague job descriptions
• Unknown companies
• Requests for payment

What to do immediately

1. Change your password right away
2. Enable 2FA if you haven't already
3. Review recent activity in your account
4. Report to us using the steps below

1. Go to Help > Report a Problem
2. Select Security Concern
3. Describe what you noticed
4. Submit the report

Report a suspicious job:

1. On the job listing, click Report
2. Select the reason
3. Add any details
4. Submit
