Referring someone is easy and takes just a few minutes. Here's how to make your first referral.
Step 1: Find a job
Browse jobs and find one that's perfect for someone you know. Consider their skills, experience, and career goals.
Step 2: Get your referral link
Click Refer Someone on the job listing. You'll get a unique link that tracks the referral to you.
Step 3: Share the link
Send your referral link to the candidate via:
- Text message
- Any other messaging app
Step 4: They apply
When they click your link and apply, the referral is automatically tracked to you. You'll see it appear in your dashboard.
Step 5: Track progress
Monitor your referral's status:
- Applied - They've submitted their application
- In Review - Employer is reviewing
- Interviewing - They're in the interview process
- Hired - Congratulations! Your reward is pending
- Reward Paid - Money in your account
Tips for success
- Only refer people you genuinely think are a good fit
- Tell them why you think they'd be great for the role
- Offer to help them prepare for interviews
